Seven Simple Tips for Hair Growth

We never care for our hair and that is why one day we need to pay for it. One day we certainly see that our hairs are going back and we come to know that we are getting bald. Then we check the hairs on the apex of the head, but there also we realize that there are very few hairs remaining. We get stuck by the shock that we are going bald. Once the hair fall starts it really becomes difficult to get the hair back on those bald patches. Hair loss process augments as the days passed and within few months you go completely bald.

Hair loss previously used to be noted only in the middle aged or old men, but nowadays even young men are noted to face the hair loss. This is because of the unhealthy lifestyle routine that we are following. Various factors contribute to the hair growth. If any one of the factor is even disturbed then we face the problem of the hair loss. The most common issue contributing to the hair loss is hormonal imbalance. If you don’t take the proper care of the hairs then you would get completely bald and the baldness wouldn’t be reversible. So, here are some simple tips that can help you to grow back the hairs on the bald patches:

1. Balanced diet is the simplest way to boost the hair growth. Once your body starts getting all the essential nutrients then ultimately all your body process starts performing at their best. Simultaneously the hair growth process is being amplified. You need to follow the balanced diet regime on regular basis to get the hair growth results.

2. Avoid oiling too much on the hairs. Oil is good for the hair growth but in limited concentration. Applying the oil daily on the hairs will damage the pores on the hairs and even the nutrient supply to the hairs is being disturbed due to this. So, please don’t oil your hairs daily. In this case I would suggest you to oil the hairs thrice in a week.

3. Engage in the exercise daily. By working out the blood flow in your body is being regulated. Every corner of your body gets the nutrients it requires because blood acts as the medium to transform these nutrients. Even the adequate amounts of the nutrients reach the hair scalp and the hair growth is being boosted.

4. Take adequate sleep. It has been proved through the scientific studies that it is during the sleeping phase that hair growth takes place. This is because the production of the hormone is dependent on your sleep time. Thus, take about 8 hours of sleep daily and you would be able to achieve the desired hair growth.

5. Drink the adequate water. The healthy individual required about 3 to 4 liters of water in a day. Water plays a significant role in the hair growth. As plant requires water to grow, even hairs are dependent on the water to grow. If you are bald then your first step must be to start drinking the water more often. This will boost the hair growth.

6. Don’t style the hairs with the roughly with the tight comb. If you style your hairs with tight comb then their grip from the base is loosened and the hair loss is being boosted. Always apply some conditioner and allow your hairs to be soft and then comb the hairs with loose comb. This way you will prevent the hairs from falling.

7. Avoid using the chemical based shampoos to wash the hairs as they may deteriorate the natural health of the hairs. It will make them rough and loosen their grip over the base. I would advice here to use the natural products for the washing the hairs. Natural products will help to boost the hair growth.
